Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare contribution list & remittances of all mandatory benefits for payment processing
- Ensure that all benefits file in SSS, PHILHEALTH & HDMF are processed on time.
- Payroll preparation and time keeping
