Job Description:
Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, test, shortlist and endorse candidates.
- Coordinate with different manpower agencies for contractual employee requirements.
- Coordinate with schools and universities for career fairs, potential hires.
- Ensure completion of employment requirements and contracts; maintain 201 files.
- Conduct on-boarding process of all new hires.
Performance Management
- Maintain an updated job description for all employees.
- Provide guidance in the interpretation and conduct of the Performance Management System.
- Facilitate performance appraisals for employees and facilitate required resources to improve performance as indicated in the appraisal forms.
