Our client, a leading player in the automotive manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their team near La Mercy, Durban

In this role, the successful candidate will deliver comprehensive HR support across the business, with responsibilities spanning HR administration, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. A strong focus on compliance with HR policies and relevant labour legislation is essential

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / related preferred
• Minimum 5 years HR Generalist experience preferably in the Automotive Manufacturing sector
