HR Officer Position

Large International Engineering company is looking for an experienced HR Officer.

Must be experienced in full HR duties and have worked in a company with 500+ staff.

Sage 300 and a degree are essential.

The candidate will be dealing with Exco Members and high Executive Members. Strong will, ability to stand up for themselves, strong personality, strong attention to detail, and firmness are required.

2. Recruitment
3. Onboarding and Offboarding
4. Policies and Procedures
5. MUST HAVE WORKED IN A COMPANY WITH 300+ STAFF

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. HR Degree
2. Experience in a company larger than 300 staff
3. Sage 300
