The HR Officer supports the implementation of people development, engagement, and performance initiatives across head office and project sites. This role ensures that employees from HO to site personnel receive proper training, development, and motivation to perform effectively in alignment with company standards, client requirements, and safety regulations. The position plays a key role in promoting a high performance culture and sustaining organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced construction environment.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Training & Development

• Conduct annual training needs analysis (TNA) in coordination with Project Managers, Safety Officers, and Department Heads.
• Develop and implement training plans covering both technical/safety and behavioral/leadership programs.
