Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Officer / HR Generalist to support the company’s day-to-day human resources operations in South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, leave administration, payroll support, and general HR compliance. Experience in a fast-paced technical, engineering, or energy-related environment will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews
and preparing offer documentation
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with payroll input, leave administration, attendance records, and employee benefits coordination
• Ensure HR practices comply with South African labour legislation and internal policies
• Draft employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documents
