We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Officer (Payroll) to be part of the Group HR Team. You will be responsible for supporting Payroll Function.

Responsibilities

• Processing new hires, resignations, commission payments, and sub-con payments.
• In charge of payroll cost allocation and cross-entity distribution.
• Handle diverse claim transactions, including employee claims, NS make-up pay, and government schemes.
• Prepare and submit CPF contributions, IR8A/E, IR21 and tax clearances.
• Drive payroll process streamlining and enhancements.
• Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by immediate superiors.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar field/capacity.
