Key Responsibilities - Manage employee time and attendance records accurately
- Manage the overtime of employees
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for management meetings
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in payroll inputs related to attendance and leave
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Experience minimum 5 + Years of experience
Requirements - Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
- Experience in time and attendance systems
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills
