Position Overview
Human Resource Responsibilities - Oversee and lead a HR & Administration team of 4 staff
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions for retail outlets and head office, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and offboarding
- Prepare and review employment contracts, HR letters, warning letters, and employee related documentation
- Oversee and approval of monthly employee attendance, leave records and payroll and commission/incentive calculations
- Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations, Employment Act requirements, and internal company policies
- Maintain proper employee records and confidential HR documents
- Coordinate and conduct employee performance reviews, counselling sessions, and engagement initiatives
