Position Overview
HR& Administration - Handle work pass applications, renewals, and MOM compliance
- Maintain employee records, leave management, and employment contracts
- Process monthly payroll and prepare finance reconciliation reports
- Oversee office operations, supplies, and pantry inventory
- Support employee enquiries, disciplinary matters, and staff wellbeing initiatives
- Assist in HR policy implementation and internal documentation
Marketing - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms
- Manage and update the company website (content, SEO, user experience)
- Produce marketing materials including EDMs, banners, and promotional content
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reportswith actionable insights
