Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications preferred
