1. HR Operations & Process Optimization
Oversee and standardize HR operations (employee lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, development, benefits administration, compliance, employee data management, performance management) across Asia sites.Implement HR technology solutions (e.g., AI-driven analytics, automation tools) to improve efficiency and data accuracy.2. HR Job Redesign & Workforce Structuring
Re design roles to align with automation, technology adoption, and future evolving needs.Drive change management initiatives to support workforce transitions due to automation and process improvements.3. Examine and identify opportunities for headcount optimization in operations.
Qualifications & Experience & Skills
