Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
1. HRM, HRD, GA & Employee Relations Management
Oversee, manage, and deploy HRM, HRD, General Affairs, and Employee Relations policies and practices in alignment with business objectives, local regulations, and Prysmian standards.Lead, supervise, and monitor the performance of the HR/GA team to ensure effective execution of HR operations and service delivery.Act as a key HR representative in managing employee relations matters, including employee concerns, disciplinary cases, grievances, and workplace issues.Manage labor union relationships and support constructive industrial relations practices. Experience in labor union management is an advantage.2. Payroll, Compensation, Benefits & Welfare Management
