1.Strategy and Leadership:
Develop HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.Lead HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, providing guidance and support in HR matters.2. Compensation & Benefits:
Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with the company’s C&B policies.Ensure compensation and benefits compliance with global and local legal requirements.Monitor market trends and best practices in compensation and benefits 3. HR Programs & Reporting:
