Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of 8, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Co develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the organization's hiring needs.
- Ensure operational excellence in all recruitment processes and procedures.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving our recruitment strategies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) including hiring managers, agencies, educational institutes, etc.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
