Position Overview
Job Description Manage full-spectrum of HR functions (HR Strategy&Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management&Development, Compensation&Benefits, Employee Relations&Engagement and HR Policies& Compliance) globally. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent. Handle all aspects of employee lifecycle, including confirmation, promotion, transfers, and exits. Drive performance appraisal and feedback cycles. Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs. Administer payroll, claims, and statutory contributions (CPF, IRAS, etc.). Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling. Lead engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and internal communications.
