1. Full-spectrum of HR
Oversee everything related to people management in company.This includes recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.2. Teamwork with leaders

Lead hiring efforts to meet the company’s HR needs with the right mix of skills and backgrounds to help the company grow.4. Engagement and retention
Develop and oversee implementation of HR activities for employee engagement and talent retention.5. Policy making
Create and update internal HR policies and procedures to match the prevailing laws in Malaysia and industry norms/ practices.6. Leading the HR team
