Job Purpose:
The HR Manager for Nortech Systems Africa is charged with developing and executing human resources strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with South African employment regulations, driving Employment Equity (EE) and BBBEE commitments, and fostering a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workforce. The HR Manager will support transformative initiatives, talent management, and organisational development that underpin Nortech’s regional success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR & Transformation Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies and policies that support Nortech Systems Africa’s regional business objectives. Lead EE and BBBEE initiatives to ensure strategic milestones and compliance targets are achieved. Facilitate workforce planning aligned with market trends and regional growth priorities.
