The HR Manager is holding all scope of HR processes for MEA&T region
The HR Manager proceeds all streams of HR function across the Region included but not limited:
Recruiting, selection and on boarding processes
Data administration, visa, and C&B workflow realization
Payroll preparation and provider’s control
Training and development standards implementation
Engagement and retention actions roll out
Internal communication
Key metrics reporting, Workday soft management
