Position Overview
Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will oversee employee relations, compliance, safety collaboration, and workforce planning for a production-based workforce. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of California labor laws, experience supporting hourly employees, and the ability to partner closely with operations leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Manage all HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
+ Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning, staffing, and retention strategies
