Position Overview
**Job Description Summary**
You will be the primary HR contact for managers and the leadership team, providing strategic and operational HR support. You will lead the execution of HR initiatives, ensure compliance with country labor laws, and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. This role is critical in driving HR functional excellence and supporting business growth in Malaysia.
In addition to country responsibilities, the role is also expected to potentially support a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) within the AKA (ASEAN, Korea, ANZ) region, subject to future organizational decisions. This may involve cross-border collaboration and regional HR project execution.
