Position Overview
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
-Minimum of 5 years HR experience, preferably in the cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry
-Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, labor laws, compensation, and performance management
-Experience handling manpower for retail stores, production, or distribution operations is an advantage
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to manage multiple HR functions and work in a fast-paced environment
-Proficient in MS Office and HR systems/software
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience:
-Experience in hiring beauty consultants, sales staff, warehouse personnel, and office employees
