Your new role

You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR as a sole contributor as the team expands in the coming months. Your key focus in the first 1-year will be recruitment for the entire Malaysia requiring you to be resourceful to identify suited talents to be based in stores/on-site as the business goal is to expand. Other focus include managing/checking payroll on a monthly basis and independently managing industrial/employee relations, performance cycle up to the offboarding cycle. Leading as a pioneer of the local operations in Malaysia, you will be empowered to lead from the front and develop your team culture with support from your regional team in Singapore.
