✔ Manage end-to-end HR operations & employee lifecycle
✔ Oversee onboarding, documentation, payroll inputs & exit processes
✔ Ensure compliance with labour laws, policies & audits
✔ Drive HR process improvement & automation (HRMS)
✔ Manage attendance, leave, and employee records
✔ Support performance management & appraisal cycles
✔ Handle employee queries, grievances & engagement initiatives
