Position Overview
The HR Manager will lead all human resources functions for retail operations, specifically supporting supermarket, grocery, and convenience store branches. This role ensures efficient workforce management, high employee engagement, and compliance with labor standards across multiple store locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with retail operations and business growth
- Oversee high-volume recruitment for store staff (cashiers, baggers, stock clerks, supervisors)
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution across branches
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies
- Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and offboarding
