Job Description :
•Planning and implementing monthly/quarterly/annual personnel recruitment and training based on the development needs of the company •Provide critical support to HR Head and Management in driving and accelerating HR strategy from Training & Development, Engagement, Retention and Compensation & Benefit. Ensure and continuously improve quality of HR services, achieving HR functional excellence under remit. •Establishing remuneration policies and measures to enhance employees’ motivation and working efficiency •Establishing and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for employees at all levels •Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned Job Requirement : •At least 03 yearsExperience in Human Resources Process In Multinational Company •Leadership and management skills •Planning, organizing, and supervising skills •Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English
