Youlllead a dedicated HR team and reportdirectlytoour Head of HR, playing a keyrole in bothdailyoperations and long-term peoplestrategyfor The Netherlands.Youarepartofthe Global HR Managmentteam and togetherweareresponsibleforalignmentacrosstheregions and for HR strategyatHunkemöller.By developing anoutstandingemployeejourneyweenrichthecustomerexperience.
Your team:
You will have a team of 11 experts, ranging from HR Advisors (including Employability), to Junior HR Advisors, HR Assistants, and (Jr.) Health & Safety Officers.
