Position Overview
Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership - Prepare annual HR budgets and develop short- and long-term HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Work closely with CEO, COO, and Deputy CEO on manpower planning and cost optimization
- Oversee the complete HR Administration functions across office, site, and factory
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Manage end-to-end recruitment for facade division including staff and site workforce
- Lead and coordinate interview panels for technical and non-technical positions
- Understand facade construction requirements and ensure hiring of suitable candidates
- Develop recruitment strategies, sourcing channels, and talent pipelines
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities
