Position Overview
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations, administration, and employee records on HRIS/HRMS platforms Coordinate payroll inputs with outsourced payroll providers — absences, leave, bonuses, and adjustments Oversee end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding Serve as liaison between management and employees; handle queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters Prepare and process HR documentation — recruitment, training, performance, and compliance reports Coordinate HR projects including training sessions, surveys, and MEA Bloc HR alignment initiatives Support Corporate Administration management and general office operations Travel internationally on an ad-hoc basis where required What We're Looking For Relevant Degree or equivalent qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years' HR and payroll administration experience in a corporate environment (G2 level) or 8+ years for senior conside...
