Your new role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of HR operations while also contributing to wider change initiatives. As an experienced HR Manager, you'll lead a broad range of operational and advisory HR activities and also work closely with the Employee Relations Manager. You'll:

Lead key HR functions including HR administration, payroll/HRIS, and learning & development

Act as a trusted advisor on HR and employment law matters

Support and guideplex employee relations cases
