Take on the role of HR Manager and Labour Relations at our Ottawa location. This position focuses on collective agreement negotiations while providing leadership to the HR team and supporting store operations.
As the HR Manager focused on Labour Relations, you'll work closely with various stores in Ottawa. This role requires expertise in negotiating agreements, advising store operations, and resolving employee grievances. Your leadership will guide the HR team's efforts in recruitment and performance management while ensuring compliance with policies.
