HR Manager
Our client is currently hiring for the position of HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
. Develop and manage the companyβs compensation and benefits framework to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
. Support restructuring initiatives including role redesign, grading, and compensation alignment.
. Conduct cost modeling and financial impact analysis related to workforce changes.
. Work closely with the Recruitment team to develop competitive salary structures and hiring offers.
. Work directly with senior leadership and business heads to provide strategic HR insights related to compensation and workforce structure.
. Maintain accurate HR analytics and reporting related to compensation trends and workforce costs.
