Requirements - Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as HR Manager
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office
- CIPD/SHRM certification is an advantage
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and workplace engagement
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR policies
- Enhance employee engagement and growth
