About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Manager who will lead the human resources function partnering with leadership and business teams to attract, develop and retain talent and create a culture of performance engagement and compliance. The successful candidate will oversee HR operations, drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals and ensure best‑practice HR services across the employee lifecycle.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business strategy and organizational goals.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: job design/specifications, sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding and induction of new hires.
