HR Manager - Defense Industry (UAE Startup) (tax free)

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of personnel management, including career development, mentoring, performance management, content development, learning framework, and other human resources skills. The HR Manager will work collaboratively with the executive leadership team to understand the organization’s goals and develop a human resources strategy that aligns with those goals. They will also support and guide other staff within the human resources department.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement career development programs for employees
• Provide mentoring and coaching to employees to support their growth and development
• Oversee performance management processes to ensure fair and consistent evaluations
• Develop content for training and development programs
• Create and implement a learning framework to support employee development
