We’re Hiring: HR (Creative Industry)
Location: On-site
We’re a growing production house transitioning into a full-fledged creative agency, and we’re looking for someone who understands people, process, and creative teams.
This is not a traditional HR role.
You’ll be working closely with the Founder and Ops to bring structure to hiring, build strong freelance networks, and create a healthy team environment.
What you’ll do:
Hire for creative roles like editors, producers, DOPs
Build and manage freelance talent pools
Handle onboarding, contracts, and HR operations
Drive simple but meaningful team engagement
Work with tools and systems to keep things organized
What we’re looking for:
2–3+ years of HR experience
Experience in creative / media / agency environments
Strong understanding of portfolio-based hiring
Comfortable with tools, systems, and fast-paced teams
Bonus: exposure to AI tools in HR
