Perfil buscado A successful HR Manager should have: - Advanced / fluent level of English (written and spoken). - A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance. - Recent experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in HR software and tools.
