The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

• 1.Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up; oversee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience
• 2.Design and manage compensation structures, bonus schemes, and benefits policies; support departments in establishing KPI frameworks and driving performance review cycles in line with market standards and legal requirements
• 3.Ensure full compliance with South African labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA); handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and labour disputes, including representing the company at CCMA hearings when required
