Job Description :
1. HR Strategy & Organizational Development
•Design and implement HR strategies aligned with AltoTech’s mission, vision, and growth objectives.
• Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top AI and tech talent.
• Build and promote AltoTech’s employer brand through targeted initiatives.
• Implement talent pipeline strategies to support business growth.
3. Performance Management & Employee Development
• Design and implement a performance management framework, including goal setting, continuous feedback, and performance reviews.
• Develop learning and development programs to upskill employees and strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Drive the implementation of ESOP plans, ensuring alignment with performance and company objectives.
