We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join one of our global shipping clients. Reporting to the Head of HR, he/she will focus in strengthening HR operational frameworks across Singapore and overseas offices, while contributing to HR initiatives and projects across regional offices.

Key responsibilities

HR Operations Governance (Regional)

• Support the oversight and standardisation of employee lifecycle processes across Singapore and overseas offices to ensure operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
• Strengthen HR operational frameworks and documentation standards across offices to ensure alignment with corporate governance principles and internal controls.
• Provide guidance on expatriate employment matters, including cross-border mobility arrangements, work pass requirements, tax considerations, and compliance with relevant employment regulations.
