Position Overview
Responsibilities - Work closely with the CFO to support disciplined execution of the Manpower Budget
- Ensure the Recruitment Officer is proactive in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
- Maintain full compliance across all schools and nurseries, ensuring timelines and regulatory requirements are consistently met
- Demonstrate strong organization and confidence in managing all HR data relating to staffing, vacancies, hiring, and performance
- Oversee Licensing and compliance with ADEK, MOHRE and UAE labor requirements
Qualifications - Bilingual candidates
- Preference experience in education field
