HR Manager – UAE Location: Jeddah, Dubai (UAE)
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and enhance all human resources functions across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, driving talent acquisition, and fostering employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities - Lead end‑to‑end HR operations – recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations and engagement.
- Develop, implement and review HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and Emiratization initiatives.
- Manage workforce planning, HR budgeting and cost control.
- Maintain and oversee HR ERP systems and payroll processing.
