Johannesburg / Durban A progressive training company specialising in compliance training within the financial services sector is seeking an experienced and dynamic Legal / Human Resources Manager to lead the organisations legal, labour relations, compliance, and HR functions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with labour legislation, managing employee relations, overseeing governance and risk processes, and supporting strategic HR initiatives across the business.
Minimum Requirements: - LLB Degree or relevant HR / Law qualification
- Minimum 7 years experience in Legal, Labour Relations, Compliance, and HR Management
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and corporate governance
- Experience managing CCMA matters, disciplinary processes, and HR operations
