Key Responsibilities Job Profile Development & Review Provide end-to-end job profiling support. Collaborate with business units and HR partners to gather role‑specific information. Develop, edit, and standardise job profiles in line with organisational templates and frameworks. Ensure job profiles reflect current responsibilities, required competencies and skills.
