Provide 1st–3rd level support for ServiceNow HRSD module.
Configure and develop HRSD functionality, including workflows, forms, portals, and case logic.
Implement enhancements and change requests based on requirements from the Product Owner.
Support testing, releases, and ongoing improvements to the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
Support and contribute to the implementation of the HRSD module in new countries and markets, including configuration, localization, testing, and coordination with the Product Owner.
Collaborate closely with the Senior ServiceNow HRSD Specialist to follow standards and expand technical expertise.
To Qualify for the Role:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and/or HRSD modules (prior HRSD module experience a plus – otherwise, we will help upskill you)
