Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding activities for new employees. Help manage candidate documentation and maintain accurate records in the HR system. Support recruitment-related communications and logistics.
Data Entry & System Management Accurately enter employee data (new joiners, leavers, changes) into the HR management system (GEMS). Maintain and update employee records to ensure data integrity and compliance. Help troubleshoot HR systems and support updates or new software implementations.
