We are looking for a HR Intern to join our HR team. Based in Heredia - Costa Rica, some work experience would be an advantage but is not essential - ultimately, it’s your desire to learn and your blend of communication, organization and team working skills that will be important. o Maintain HR Workday database and ensure standards of accuracy and quality as well as compliance with relevant procedures.

o Assist with recruiting of key talent, new hire on-boarding and Learning & Development initiatives.

o Consistently follow defined HR processes, challenge steps that may not make sense / add value.
