Vrisva is looking for a motivated HR Intern to support its Talent Acquisition and HR Operations functions. This role is ideal for someone with ~6 months of prior internship experience in HR, specifically recruitment, who wants to gain deeper exposure to end-to-end hiring processes and core HR tasks in a dynamic start-up environment. Recruitment Support Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews (telephonic, virtual, and on-site). Maintain recruitment tracking sheets and candidate MIS. Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding steps. HR Operations Support Assist with onboarding activities including document collection and new-joiner orientation coordination. Maintain and update HR records and employee databases.
