Key Responsibilities
Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Assist in conducting comprehensive reviews of current benefit offerings against market data across the EMEA region
Regional Project Support: Provide data collection and coordination support for a specialized regional benefits project.
Documentation & Data Integrity: Maintain and update benefit inventory files and project documentation for all EMEA countries, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date and centrally accessible.
Employee Wellbeing Initiatives: Take ownership of the Global Wellbeing Calendar, coordinating updates and scheduling initiatives for the remainder of the year.
Internal Communications: Support the creation of benefit communication materials to help employees better understand and utilize their perks.
