- Talent search and talent development initiatives.
- Employee lifecycle management.
- Review and refinement of HR processes and policies.
- People metrics and analytics.
- Audits and grants documentation.
- Employee engagement activities.
- Preparation of presentation materials and meeting notes.
- Headcount planning and execution.
What we look for - University or Polytechnic undergraduates who are keen to explore a career in HR.
- Selfβdriven to give their best at work, passionate about people matters, and disciplined.
- Available for a 10β12 month internship.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
